ScrapSMART makes it simple to ship to Canada.
• Start with placing your order by phone, fax or online at scrapsmart.com.
• Sorry, we do not ship by mail to Canada.
• ScrapSMART will clear the border with its own customs broker.
• Rush Shipments—Although we can ship FedEx Overnight to Canada, we do not want you to be disappointed, so please note: there may be a 24 hour hold at the border.
• Your order needs to be paid for by PayPal, MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card. It is payable in U.S. Dollars only.
• We will fill out all the NAFTA customs forms needed to process the order.
• The order DOES NOT include any PST and GST customs, brokerage, or duty fees. You are responsible for paying all customs and duty fees. You will receive a bill from our shipper for these fees.
• Should we be notified by our shipper that the customs and duty fees were not paid, we will need to charge your credit card to cover these charges.
• On unpaid duty fees, you will also be charged an additional $25.00 (USD) processing fee.
