Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer service at 1-800-424-1011 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will accept only returns that have a RMA#. All returns are subject to inspection. We credit only products that are returned undamaged and in resellable condition. Sorry, shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Software Returns
Return unopened software that we currently sell for a full refund at any time. We'll gladly exchange opened software for the same title.
Damaged Merchandise
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. In the event that you discover damage, keep all original packing materials and call customer service at 1-800-424-1011 or e-mail cs@scrapsmart.com immediately! You will be given directions on returning the merchandise.
